and Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China", the State
Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation(MOFTEC) negotiated and announced in Aug. 3 2001 that China put in
place anti-dumping measures investigation against imports of PET CHIP made in
