and Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China", the State
Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation(MOFTEC) negotiated and announced in Aug. 3 2001 that China put in
place anti-dumping measures investigation against imports of polyester stable
fiber made in the Republic of Korea (ROK), The products are listed under
"55032000¡B55062000" in the tariffs of the General Administration of Chinese
