the temporary rules about the setup of Chinese-foreign joint ventures
specialized in foreign trade, in order to improve the practices of the opening
policy and the development of China¡¦s foreign trade.

rules about the setup of Chinese-foreign joint ventures
specialized in
foreign trade will take effect 30 days after the announcement, and will be
applicable to all Chinese-foreign joint ventures specialized in foreign trade,
which are jointly set up by foreign and Chinese investors inside China and are
