ˇ@ˇ@The Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced on Mar.6, 2002 in its notice that China
would make anti-dumping probe into the import of magnetic pet film originally
produced in the Republic of Korea, Japan and India. The product-investigated is
listed as 29173500 in the Custom Import Tariff of the Peoples Republic of China.
ˇ@ˇ@Since this case is special and the situation in it is complicated,
MOFTEC decided under Article 26 of the ˇmAntidumping Rules of the Peoples
Republic of Chinaˇn that the investigation on this case will be prolonged for
another 6 months up to Sep.6,2003. Enditem
