ˇ@ˇ@The Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced on Mar.29, 2002 in its notice that China
would make anti-dumping probe into the import of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
originally produced in the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia
and as well as the Taiwan area. The product-investigated is listed as 39041000
in the Custom Import Tariff of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China.

and the situation in it is complicated, MOFTEC decided under Article 26 of the
"Antidumping Rules of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China" that the investigation on
this case will be prolonged for another 6 months up to Sep. 29, 2003. Enditem
