Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced on May 22, 2002 in its notice that China
would make an anti-dumping investigation into TDI (type: TDI80/20) imported from
the United States, Japan and the Republic of Korea. The product is listed under
No. 29291010 in the import tariffs of the General Administration of Chinese
Customs.
ˇ@ˇ@Since this case is special, the Ministry of Commerce decided
under Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of
China that the investigation on this case will be prolonged for another 6 months
