ˇ@ˇ@In respond to an appeal from
domestic newsprint industry, Ministry of Commerce started final judicial review
on anti-dumping measures against imported newsprint originating in Canada,
Republic of Korea and USA in its Notice No. 28 on July 1, 2003.
ˇ@ˇ@According to Anti-dumping
Regulations of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce suggested to
Tariff Committee of State Council that anti dumping duty of imported newsprint
originating in Canada, Republic of Korea and USA should be collected as usual
during the period of final judicial review.

ˇ@ˇ@According to the decision
of Tariff Committee of State Council, Ministry of Commerce has noticed that
during the period of final judicial review, anti-dumping duty of imported
newsprint originating in above countries will be collected according to the duty
range and rate issued in Ministry of Commerce Notice No. 4, 1999. Enditem
