Oil tanker blast kills at least 35 in Benin

    COTONOU, May 25 (XINHUA)-- An oil tanker Thursday exploded in north Benin, west African country, leaving at least 35 people dead and over 80 others injured, local radio station reported.

    A fuel tanker burst into flames overnight and was parked at the roadside, killing 35 people at the spot, and most of the survivors are in serious condition, noted the sources. Enditem
