China launches SMEs private placement bonds pilots

The Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the pilot regulations concerning small-and-middle enterprises private placement bonds respectively with approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Tuesday.
