    Tianjin Sanqian Science and Technology Group, a large group of its kind, was set up with the approval of the Municipal Institutional Reform Committee and the Agriculture Office of the Tianjin Municipal Government. A hi-tech enterprise, it is also a member of the High-Tension Switch Sub-committee of the National Electricity Transmission Equipment Manufacturers' Guild it was recommended by the State Economic and Trade Commission as a manufacturer of the wquipment for construction and renovation of the national electric grid and a Key Protection & Service Unit named by the Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Supervision Bureau. The Sanqian Group is a model base integrating development, production and sales and translating the results of scientific research into commodities. It is a designated factory specializing in producing complete set of hight-and low-tension switch es by the Ministry of Machinery Building and the MInistry of Electrical Power. Itsleading products include container transformer substations, control cabinet, electrical appliance with high-tension load switches and fuse, high-or low-tension electrical cords and wires in all sizes, etc.. The GYB Container Transformer Substation has won a Third prize of the national Spark project achievement of scientific and technological research. The outdoor FW15 high-tension switch is listed in teh Tianjin Municipal Torch Project. The PN7 high-tension load switch is included in the Torch Project and has won a national patent certificate.
