BERLIN, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- Germany's COVID-19 cases rose by 1,045 within one day to 213,067, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) said on Thursday.
The 1,045 new cases are the highest number of daily COVID-19 infections in the country since May 7.
The death toll in Germany rose by seven to stand at 9,175, it added. Enditem
