建設內容及投資規模：投資建成年生產25MWP太陽能電池制造工廠。項目總投資7000萬美元。
中方項目單位情況：群升集團新能源公司是群升集團下轄的全資子公司。是一家集太陽能產業開發、生產、銷售、國際貿易、集熱工程于一體的綜合性企業。

Project Background and Construction Conditions: Our government has one after another issued a lot of laws like 《Environment Protection Law》,《Energy Saving Law》 and 《Regenerated Energy development & usage Promotion Law》for the purpose to strengthen the support of developing new energy. Solar energy is an ideal target of study and usage on regenerated energy industry. The company has owned a complete set of production technology of solar light heat conversion product, which is solar heat pump. The company has reached a tentative cooperation intention with some universities and institutions.
Construction Scale and Investment: Plan to build up a solar plant to produce 25 MWP solar cell every year. The total investment is estimated at USD 70 millions.
Chinese Side Information: Chinsun New Energy Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary company under Qunsheng Group’s jurisdiction. It is a complex company with the development, production and sale of solar energy products, international trade and heat-collected engineering.
